He immediately jumped on “his” plane and began circling the globe to tell every dictator and socialist country that America is sorry for our sins of the past, but now we’re a new nation … One among many … a fellow sojourner in this Global Family.  When he was done with his humbling of America, Obama then began his war agenda.  It started with closing down Guantanamo and ending the unlawful war in Iraq … oops, that didn’t go so well.

Obama then turns to his domestic agenda.  Right out the gate he begins (again with great fan-faire) his Health Care Reform.  The Obama cheers once again quickly turn into jeers and his attempt to socialize our medical infrastructure is met with overwhelming opposition from We The People.  Turning a blind eye and deaf ear to the will of the people the Obama Administration literally force the bill through in the dead of the night using tactics that would make Al Capone proud.

The Obama Administration realizing that they have been a complete failure thus far in their reign decides to change tactics.  Obama now knows that We The People will not allow him to force his socialist policies on America in the light of day and with trumpets blaring, thus he decides to take his agenda off Main Street and moves it to the back alleys.

Using this new tactic Obama finds success!  His administration was able to force through the Financial Reform Bill with much less opposition.  Almost without notice Obama was able to seize control of just about every financial transaction that you and I will make.

Enjoying the success of this clandestine approach Obama is not attacking Free Speech.

Now the Federal Government will control what you believe and how you are allowed to express your beliefs – Restricting Your God-given Right To Liberty

The Obama Administration has complete disdain for the rule of law, evidenced by Kagan (who doesn’t believe in the Declaration of Independence) and the Administrations unprecedented fight against the good citizens of Arizona … They Must Be Stopped … I pray it’s not already too late!
 

Just a few months ago the great state of Massachusetts was the seat of conservative excitement as a Republican Scott Brown took the “Kennedy seat.”  Cheers of hope from those of us desperately seeking candidates who will begin to return America back to a land of freedom and opportunity for all … Confusion and dismay from liberals who just saw the end of the 47 year Democrat reign in that state.

However just like the groaning from California with its “Republican” Governor Schwarzenegger who will be followed by another liberal in the form of either Jerry Brown or Meg Whitman, the good citizens of Massachusetts … no, the good citizens of the entire country have been let down.

We have been let down by Republicans who will now allow the Federal Government to grab control of almost our entire economy, to regulate just about every financial transaction that you and I make, and to do that all while ensuring that those who actually caused our current financial disaster are not only free, but empowered to continue in their unethical and clandestine schemes.

The three Republicans are Susan Collins (R-Maine), Olympia Snowe (R-Maine) and Scott Brown (R-Massachusetts).  However it’s not just these three traitors who are allowing our government unprecedented and un-Constitutional control of We The People … no, it’s also all the Democrats who are blindly following their demented leaders.

The Obama administration controls our right to “Life” with the Health Care Reform Bill … They are now taking control of our right of the “Pursuit of Happiness” with this Financial Reform Bill … Next is our “Liberty” … But then again, this from the man who is pushing through a candidate for the Supreme Court who doesn’t believe in the Declaration of Independence, so we shouldn’t be surprised!

In previous administrations there clearly were political games being played, however the Obama administration takes it to an all new level.

His administration is a prime example of why I hate politics and why liberal political policies are dangerous to you as an individual and dangerous to our nation.

We have now had a year and a half of failure and political positioning, but no leadership … no honor … no respect for the will of We The People!

The Obama administration lied about every military campaign promise … We’re still in Iraq, he expanded the war to Afghanistan, we’ve had much more casualties in Obama’s war then in Bush’s (yet for some reason the media is no longer providing us with a daily death count and pictures of flag-draped coffins).  And, Guantanamo is still open for business!

The Obama administration has worsened the economy with unemployment continuing to climb.  If you look at the “real” unemployment rate (factoring in those who have given up, or are underemployed) the current unemployment numbers are exactly where they were during the Great Depression!

The Obama administration has failed in handling illegal human migration.  In fact he is now initiating an unnecessary legal battle against the State of Arizona for trying to enforce existing federal immigration law.  All this for, as the Washington Post states, positioning for the youth and minority vote in this fall’s elections.

The Obama administration has failed at protecting our environment.  He has refused foreign help that probably could have cleaned up the Obama oil disaster within months.  He has refused existing American technology that could clean up the mess.  He has refused to allow the local government take actions to keep the Obama oil from coming to shore … (Why does Obama hate the environment?)

So what has the Obama administration accomplished?

• Obama has killed more troops, prolonged the war and kept Guantanamo open
  
• Obama has encouraged, even strategically destroyed our economy.
  
• Obama has potentially begun a civil war over the illegal human migration issue.
  
• Obama has made our environment more hostile to life.
  

Not bad in just a year and a half.  I can’t wait to see what happens during the rest of his term.  At this pace we’ll have no more youth because Obama will have killed them all in his war, there will be no more private enterprise because the government will own or control all economic transactions (this is precisely what the new financial reform bill establishes), we will have become part of the new global family without borders, and we will be living in putrid waste from his disdain of a clean environment.

The thought of politicians telling Wall Street how to do their job is disconcerting.  Moreover the hypocrisy of the Obama administration is deafening.  While this bill goes to great measures to limit banks to trade in derivatives, this same administration is running full speed into the greatest global derivative farce ever conceived via Cap and Trade (or whatever it ends up being called) where the government will control the trade of fiat derivatives called carbon emissions.

But not only is this administration hypocritical, it is also disingenuous.

This new Financial Reform bill will not eliminate banks practice of derivative trading, no rather the bank just has to form a separate entity through with to engage in this type of trading … Now that’s fixing the problem!

Before your eyes glass over with all this talk about banking, trading and derivatives, according to Senator Chris Dodd, a chief architect of this bill, “This is about as important as it gets, because it deals with every single aspect of your lives.”

This “Financial Reform” bill doesn’t only affect those “Fat Cat Greedy Bankers” that Obama has pronounced as the cause of our current economic state … No, this bill will allow the Fed and our government control over just about every financial transaction that you engage in!

We all got stirred up over Health Care Reform that will have some effect on many of us … Our lawmakers now have just passed a bill that will give the government control of your personal finances!  Health Care Reform gave government control over your body, now Financial Reform gives government control over your money … next is your religion via free speech and political correctness …
 

After reading this bill (something our elected representatives seem to be incapable and unwilling to do) it is clear that this is simply a massive shift of ALL financial authority to the Federal Reserve.  More specifically The Financial Stability Oversight Council, a 9 member council comprised of the Treasury Secretary, someone in the Federal Reserve Board, SEC, CFTC, OCC, FDIC, FHFA, the new Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and one “independent member.”

Here’s the quick and dirty:
"This creates a new independent watchdog, housed at the Federal Reserve" called The Financial Stability Oversight Council referred to above.

It also creates a new “independent” Federal Bureau, “The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau”  The director will be appointed by the President and confirmed by the Senate.

A couple new offices will be created:
The Office of Financial Literacy (propaganda arm) they’re calling it the “educational” component.

The Office of Financial Research (the muscle).  This is where the Fed will keep all the dirt that will be handy to use for blackmail and other coercive tactics.

The Federal Reserve and this all powerful 9 member council will have all “Authority to examine and enforce regulations for banks and credit unions with assets of over $10 billion and all mortgage-related businesses (lenders, servicers, mortgage brokers, and foreclosure scam operators) and large non-bank financial companies, such as large payday lenders, debt collectors, and consumer reporting agencies.”

So it’s not just the "greedy fat cat" banks (to use our Presidents term). They’re focused on large banks to eliminate the competition and favor community banks to maximize their control.  However, the Fed will also control essentially all lending and investments.

Additionally this 9 member council can make sweeping policy changes with no checks and balances with only a 2/3 vote.  Thus any 6 of these members will control all financial transactions and financial products in the entire nation.

Finally, in addition to unlimited binding power over all of our nations finances.  Once they get you on their dole, you will always be controlled by them.  To quote the lyrics of the Eagles famous Hotel California song that Dodd cites in the bill, “You can check in any time you like, but you can never leave.”

Here is the exact quote from the official summary:
"No Evasion: Large bank holding companies that have received TARP funds will not be able to avoid Federal Reserve supervision by simply dropping their banks. (the Hotel California Provision)."

This is to enable the Fed to control responsible financial institutions like Wells Fargo that did not need, want or request TARP money.  They were forced to take the money, then paid it back as soon as they were allowed.  Under this new bill an institution like this would first be forced to take money they don’t need or want, then the government will always have control over that institution even after funds are returned.

If this passes the omnipotent 9 member council representing the Federal Reserve will literally control the entire economy of the U.S. … and “you can stab it with your steely knives, but you just can’t kill the beast.”
