Currently there is a man, a husband, a father of two, sitting in prison waiting for his execution.  His crime?  He’s a Christian in a Muslim country.

Youcef Nadarkhani an Iranian citizen has been tried and convicted in the Iranian judicial system for being a Christian.  He was given three chances to deny his faith in Jesus to spare his life … He did not recant.

Congress has launched a major bipartisan effort to empower Secretary of State, Hilary Clinton to apply political pressure to Iran for this crime against humanity.  To date 39 Congressmen have signed it.  However, my Congressman, the “Conservative” Howard P. Buck McKeon (R CA-25) has not!

Buck I can’t understand why you would be silent on this important issue.

As my representative in Washington I demand that you make my voice heard and sign this letter!  If you refuse I will do all I can to replace you with someone who will represent me … Mr. Congressman you represent me, not your interests.  You work for me and I will fire you and replace you if you don’t do your job!
 

When will Liberals wake up and realize that some people and some systems of thought (in this case a religion) are evil and cannot be tolerated in a civilized society.

Liberals not only refuse to acknowledge Islam’s violation of the rights of women and intolerance of other religions, but actually fight to allow Muslims the right to practice Sharia law here in the United States!

It is foolish to be tolerant of the intolerant.  If someone wants to murder your family it’s stupid to provide him with the weapon!  Here’s the reality … Radical Muslims want to kill you because you don’t believe their stupid vile religion.  The weapon we are giving them to do that is blind tolerance.

But they have a crusade.  They’re true believers and will stop at nothing to get their point across.

Yesterday they stormed the Port of Longview which “plays an important role in economic development by creating jobs in manufacturing and international trade. It develops infrastructure to support these jobs at its marine terminals and industrial property, creating a positive economic ripple that strengthens the local community.” (Port of Longview website)

They held six guards hostage for hours, vandalized thousands of dollars worth of property, and dumped needed and valuable grain.

Who were these terrorists?  Radical Muslims?  Eco-Terrorists?  Tea Party?  No … it was the International Longshore and Warehouse Union!

• Of course no arrests were made!
  
• No mention of this domestic terrorist incident in the national news! (here’s a local report)
  
• No condemnation by any politicians!
  

In fact it’s only aluminum foil-hat-wearing basement bloggers like me reporting on this.

If this act of terrorism was carried out by any other group it would be national headlines.  If it was the Tea Party demands for arrests and federal indictments would be immediate.  I would have to go into my bomb shelter and lock the bank vault security door behind me.  Other conservatives would be rounded up and sent to Guantanamo Bay (or did Obama shut that down like he said he would during his campaign … oh no, he didn’t.  Yet another lie, but I digress)

These domestic terrorist organizations we call Unions have free reign to do and say whatever they like because they give money to politicians in both parties … it’s as simple as that!

Perhaps our war on terrorism needs to shift focus from the middle east to DC.

Obama entered office saying that he would get us out of the war in Iraq.  He lied.  Moreover he expanded the War on Terror to Afghanistan.  During the end of the Bush administration the local and national news outlets provided us with a weekly body count of brave fallen soldiers.  The body count under Obama is higher but we hear nothing of it.

Now our Commander-in-Chief, using the same arguments that Bush used is getting us into what will be yet another quagmire.

It will cost us at least billions of dollars that we don’t have, and the unknown number of loss of life’s of our brave young men and women.

Finally, who is our ally there?  We will essentially be supporting the radical religiously militant Muslim’s that we are fighting as our enemy in our existing war!

The Obama Administration is using it’s typical emotional and ill-logical response to react to yet another situation that he is utterly incapable to handle and incompetent to manage!

Through negligence or naïveté we have allowed our elected officials to usurp authority they do not have, power they do not wield and responsibilities they do not own.  Their selfish abuse of power has morphed into a political system that is contrary to our Constitution.

We will not allow that … We are silent no longer.

Our elected officials have proven themselves to be untrustworthy and irresponsible and we will no require of them both trustworthiness and responsibility.

This is what the Tea Party is … We The People rightly defending our Constitution from all enemies foreign and domestic!

For decades the liberals have used media and tragedy as a double edged sword against their enemies … conservative citizens.

This time we didn’t wait for the baseless attack, rather as the facts came out indicating that this deranged man was not in any way conservative we simply highlighted those facts.

Then on Wednesday the savior Obama ascends his pulpit and beseeches us all to reach for the higher ground, to be our best selves, to engage in civil dialogue.

I assume that being a true leader, Obama will soon repent from his sins of the past … that he will recant his dedication to “defeat his enemies” and that he will forgo his desire to determine “whose ass to kick!”

No, I’m not fooled.  While his eloquent words contained much truth the orator himself personifies his own condemnation.

Events like this leave victims and their families in shambles and thoughtful people wondering why and how this type of thing happens.  We grieve with the victims.  We demand resolution.  But we must not let our sympathy allow our liberties to be the final victim.

Jared Loughner’s web presence has been taken down for investigative purposes however we have gotten a glimpse into this deranged mans worldview.

Social Leanings? Friends describe him as a "pot smoking loader" (Liberal)

His Political Leanings?  One of his favorite books is Adolf Hitler’s Mein Kampf, therefore his political leanings are National Socialist (Liberal)

His Religious Leanings?  Atheist, when trying to join the Army he complained when given a Bible.  In regards to our currency he said, "In God I do not trust." (again, Liberal)

One of his female friends who went with him to a similar event in 2007 described Loughner as "far left." (Liberal)

At first glance this shooter is in no way aligned with conservatives or tea party ideology as many in the national "news" outlets are suggesting, rather he is a liberal atheist.

What will the liberals say?  How will they respond?  My simple prediction … Gun Control and Restricting Free Speech.

On second thought, perhaps that’s not a bad idea … We should make it illegal for all liberal atheists to own guns.

The complete lack of honesty, integrity and common sense is the hallmark of our elected officials.

I can’t possibly begin to respond to what she says in this brief clip from AP because just about every sentence is rife with disingenuous innuendo and baseless accusations.  But I will say this to her and her ilk … It is not the role of government to fix our problems.  Your job is to protect and defend our God given rights as outlined in our Constitution from all enemies foreign and domestic … no more, no less!

God save us from these people!

The Tea Party is a sort of sequel to the Boston Tea Party (no, that wasn’t a fairytale, it was a real event).  The general idea then and now is that government is too intrusive into the day to day affairs of the citizens.

Moreover, when we refer to the “Tea Party” we are actually referring to a plethora of conservative groups and efforts including, but not limited to; Minute Men, 912, Oath Keepers, As A Mom, et al.

While members of these groups and others like them differ in their focus, the foundations are the same as those brave participants in the original Tea Party … Force the government out of our private lives.  However, there is one huge difference.  Now we have to protect and defend the supreme law of the land, the US Constitution.

One key difference now is that we are simply forcing our elected officials to keep their oaths to protect and defend the Constitution from all enemies foreign and domestic.  The problem is that more often than not those domestic enemies are they themselves.  Therein lays the problem.  The solution however is simple … Vote out of office every elected official who refuses to keep their oath and replace them with Citizen Legislatures who will.

The next step for the Tea Party movement then is for all conservative groups to work together synergistically to accomplish that goal.

It seems our entire world is characterized by lazy thinkers with no principles and who disregard history.  In fact they change history in order to justify their evil intent.  They preach the absence of absolutes (that statement, by the way defeats their argument), and they use catchy phrases and startling images to mitigate the need to reason.

The Democratic Party for example yell that “Conservatives are greedy and racist” while the reality is that historically it has always been the Democratic Party that has supported racists and racist policies … and greed is not constricted to a party, but rather to their pursuit.

The Republican Party on the other hand finally realized that the “voting for the  lesser of two evils” argument no longer works, so they changed it to “vote us in now to regain power, then clean house” (which was told to me with a straight face by the Chief of Staff for a Congressman over breakfast).

In California the GOP convinced conservatives to vote against open elections claiming that it would allow liberals to stack the deck during elections.  However if you looked at which organizations were against that proposition it was the Democratic Party, the Republican Party and the Unions … In my book if something is being supported by all three of those groups I want nothing to do with it!

NOW (National Organization of Women) does not support causes to enhance the quality of life for women or enhance their opportunities.  This organization is simply a farce intent on forcing liberal agendas on the public.

These are just three examples among hundreds.  Unions, the ACLU, et al. are all facades erected pretending to care about a group or cause, but which in reality not only turn their backs on those they claim to help, but they actually do harm to them.  Each of these are just examples of an insidious evil that has taken hold of our national thought process.

If we are unwilling or too lazy to understand the significance of history, admit that there are transcendent universal principles that govern nature and behavior and refuse to apply disciplined thought to everything we encounter regardless of its source … we will lose our Liberty.

Now is the time … Stay diligent!

Donald is my father-in-law, he just turned 90.  Most of his days revolve around watching the Dodgers and Fox News.  He’s more reserved.  I’ve never heard him talk about it, but what Don and Marv have in common is that they both have Pearl Harbor experience.  Marv was in Pearl Harbor when it was attacked, while Don’s unit was sent there shortly after the attack.  They are part of only between 2,000 to 4,000 still alive from that time.

Both of these men have lived full lives.  Both of these men have lived honorable lives!

This can hardly be said of most folks today.  Our nations “leaders” are pathetic excuses of men, our culture honors disgraceful men.  The closest thing to these honorable men of yesteryear are the brave and selfless young men and women of today who are still willing to live for honor.

To the honorable men of yesteryear and to those few of today … I salute you this Pearl Harbor Day!
