This Friday on the anniversary of the unprovoked acts of war on our nation’s citizens we are encouraging you to support and participate in the Memorial Ceremony for the victims of 9/11.

The SCV Tea Party is joining in the efforts of The Twin Towers Orphan Fund and The Santa Clarita Valley Young Republicans to remember the victims and raise money for their children.

We will be reading the names of all 2,974 victims, and gathering donations for The Twin Towers Orphan Fund.

:: Here’s what you can do ::

Show up – Friday, September 11th from 4pm to 7pm at the Veteran’s Historical Plaza, Newhall (the corner of Market and Walnut)

Be a reader – You can volunteer to read some of the names of the victims.  Simply email scvyoungrepublicans@yahoo.com

Donate – Write a check to The Twin Towers Orphan Fund
